Note to all classes
Howdy class,
I think these ;last few days of the session we should spend the rest of our time focusing preparing for the final and finishing our assignments. Therefore, there will be no more 'vocabulary quizzes' the rest of this session.
Waah-whoo!
See you tomorrow! (see you bokra!)

Advanced Listening & Speaking
Here are the topic assignments for the following students:
What topics:
Ruth: What bad habits can be more addictive than drugs? And why?
Mazen: How do drugs affect ones personality? Give examples.
Abdullah: How Ghandi help India to peacefully become a free country from the British Empire?
When: Tuesday and possibly Wednesday.
How: The class presentation should be five to ten minutes. You can use video clips, Power Point presentations, and guests speakers, but they can take up no more than half of the time of your presentation. In other words, don't use these things are a 'crutch' to fill up your time.
The objective is to hear you speak for as long much as possible whilst presenting your research in a logical way.
I'm sure you will do great!
Warm regards,
Mr. T

Link For Doing Family History
Howdy Class,
On Friday several of you wanted to know more about how to find your ancestors (grandma, grandpa , etc). I said I would publish the link. Well, here it is:Family Search.org. It's also completely free.
Of course, if you live near Salt Lake the best way to find your relatives is to go to the Family History Library. It is right next to Temple Square! Ask anybody at Temple Square and they will point you the way. The really cool thing is that at the Family History Library the help is free and they love to help! You can ask them anything!
Oh, and once you start finding your ancestors you will not want to stop; it's so much fun!
Good luck.
Warm regards,
Mr. T
